Jelena Bašić is a drama graduate and an experienced actor, performer and director based in Edinburgh, UK.
She is also a teacher of theatre and circus skills, dedicated to creating performers with high quality artistic skills and increased confidence on stage and in life.
Jelena grew up in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia before coming to Mostar to study Drama and Performance at University Dzemal Bijedic where she graduated with 1st Class Honours
She trained in major practitioners including Lecoq, Stanislavski and Grotowski.
After graduation she moved to Edinburgh, Scotland, and in 2017 she finished a one year diploma in Physical Theatre Practice at Fife College.
Other training include Theatre Du Soleil, Viewpoints Training by Pavarotti Centar Mostar, circus skills by Juggling Convention Dresden.
